As luxury wedding planners, we had the privilege of working with Adam & Sarah to plan and coordinate their magnificent wedding celebration at the iconic Savoy Hotel in London. 

The bride and groom had a vision of a sophisticated wedding in London that fused glamorous details with romantic elements. Being experienced London wedding planners, it was a creative and exciting journey to plan and execute this large-scale wedding and to incorporate lots of personal details into their wedding day. 

From the show stopping floral arrangements to elegant table designs adorned with personalised wedding favours, we ensured that every element of their ceremony and reception was flawless. 

This luxurious wedding was bespoke in every way imaginable. We worked with a talented production company, Extreme Production Group, to design and create a bespoke stage, flooring and bar for The Savoy Ballroom. With monogrammed detailing and a custom layout, we transformed this venue into Adam & Sarah's dream wedding reception.  

After a moving wedding ceremony and decadent wedding breakfast, guests were treated to a dessert table and wedding cake followed by extraordinary entertainment from TOTEM. As if the evening couldn't get any better, the couple has a surprise performance from the Bride's favourite artist Craig David! 

As luxury wedding planners, we used our extensive experience and knowledge to plan this unique and memorable wedding. Being there on the day as their Wedding Day Coordinators meant everything ran on time, we were there to support and liaise with the suppliers and we were on hand to look after guests.
